I never get any issues with Windows removing Tixati. I usually do this before trying to install Tixati. I always turn this off but leave the other settings alone. Windows 11 didn't remove Tixati for me but it probably will for you unless you turn off blocking potentially unwanted applications (PUA) in Windows Defender.
